Hi guys,
Can anyone help me acquire a set of Breaker Points (2 Points). for a Mercury 1000 serial No.1552212 and part No 1504A11 ? Going through Mercury, I can only get NLA in Australia . Have sent some emails to USA and awaiting replys. If anyone is in the KNOW in Australia it would help.
Thanks Patrick

G'day Patrick,
Have you received any feed back from the USA?
If no luck, let me know. I'm a bit worried they could want a fortune for them over there, even though our Aussie Dollar has just busted through $0.70 mark
Our member "Strangler" in Melb' just might know where you will have some joy too.
They could be a second hand set.. but in real good nick.

Thanks Merman,
No still no reply from the USA and you are right, I expect them to cost me plenty plus freight Huh I'm interested in those from Strangler if he could give me a contact No. I'll give them a call.
Thanks again

Thanks Mercman,
I received two replys today from The States. One wanted $114 US for per points ( I need two). But the other was $105 US for both plus freight. So I have ordered them tonight. Hopefully will be here in a couple of weeks. With these fitted I'll be able to drag off Dinghyworlds old Bellboy Johnson ha ha  Grin
Cheers and Thanks
