G'day all, I'm new at this, but need some help, I have found this old  Australia outboard called Olympic outboard made in Melbourne, just trying to find out a date on the old girl,or some info about them has lots of chrome on the leg and rope pull, if anyone can help please do, as I'm hitting my head on a  brick wall here trying to find out the age. it looks like a seagull, any help please.
Regards
Peter

Hello Peter. The Olympic is listed in the Old Outboard Book by Peter Hunn. The only information in the listing is that it looks similar to a seagull, no production date or figures. It would appear that even the experts don't know much about the Olympic. Good luck with your search for information, keep us posted if you find out anything else. A picture would be good also.

Hello Peter, I use a program that came with my camera called "ulead photo system" that can change the size of the photo. I'm not sure what software you have? , maybe some of our more comptuer savvy members can help.If not you could email  the photo to me [email address in the members section] & I could resize it & post it back to you.

Peter
Are you intending to get it going and use it or is it just for an artifact.
