Hi David
Catching up on postings I checked this one (I've now logged in from four continents) and read with interest.
My wife's cousin, whom I've known for 46 years, and I were discussing boating posts as he knows my interests.
Mentioning the Skymaster correspondence he said he knew them  from Vietnam days(He flew a Bell army helicopter then).Went on to say they had the push/pull set up and that they replaced the Cessna front and back crewed model that made it easier for reconnaissance.
Retired now but flew many types including Bae146 and Learjets.
The late Jim Lear has a daughter named Shanda!

Also liked the post from big al 08 described as an 'agave squeezer' and his reference to 'retired heavy driver'.

Unassuming lot are'nt they?

Best wishes
Neil

Thanks Neil.
Interesting connection from boats to Skymasters.
