Many of you may remember that I had my Riptide sportsman stolen a while back, one turned up on ebay the other day and as I'm on holidays I missed it.
If anyone known who has it, I'd gladly pay a lot more than the $100

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=111255627294&ssPageName=ADME:B:SS:AU:3160

Thank you

Chair

Hi David,

I missed that one, he seems to have had it listed in the wrong category "motor boats" instead of outboard motors, maybe that's why it went cheap. I haven't seen one for sale since yours was stolen, seem to be a rare item now.

Dave, Have you sent a note to the seller, perhaps he has the buyers phone number?

Hi Chair

I really hate thieving, but it seems to be part of the world we live in
You may have looked into ebays policy about stolen goods
Basically, If you proceed through the police and ebay you may be able to get the buyers details at least
Longshot definitely, but maybe worth a go
Good luck

Yes

I watched that listing and thort whatever re Stolen at that time.

The pics of the motor as listed were nothing like those previously sent to me legit before the "Heist" so gave any further notification a miss.

We still Know what to look for, those of us with pics of course.

One Day..............................

Hello all and thank you for your comments. I'm away still with limited internet. Yes Guy was correct I wasn't suggesting that EBay Riptide was my stolen one. I did try to contact the seller with no response.
I'd love to replace my "lost' rippy one day:(
