As far as "quality props for a good price" goes, it's hard to go past Solas http://www.solas.com.au/index.html

They have an "Expert advise" section where you provide them with all your vessels details and then they recommend a prop style, dia & pitch to suit your application.
Make sure you buy a Stainless prop, you just can't beat them. Alloy props are just toys in comparison.

A well matched prop will bring out the absolute best in your rig.

What a beauty. Re the prop did you follow Mercmans link? Are you running a two or 3 blade?

three blade original at the moment, still investigating. I want to get used to the current prop so I have something to compare the new one to.
funny how a new prop will cost almost five times the original cost of my ::)boat!
