Here's a 1956 30hp Johnson Seahorse that was literally saved from a mad man's axe. Guy Hanson to the rescue takes the credit for totally rebuilding this beauty. Proudly now in my possesion, it has run 10 mins since complete overhaul. For those in the know, this model was only seen in "Holiday Bronze" which was more red than gold. This donk is unusual, in that it was NEVER the correct colour, as the paint chips are the gold color to the metal. It has never had the cowl re painted, it is factory original. The leg was was resprayed on restoration.
We need help here to work this one out. Any clues?
